tasty tips

These are a few of my favorite things:

Air-insulated baking pans: They are the optimal cookie sheet.

Parchment paper: No more cookies sticking to the pan, burnt edges or cookies that get hard 10 minutes after baking.

A sifter: A good sifter gives you fluffy powdered sugar and unclumpy cocoa powder.

Oven thermometer: Essential to ensure that your oven is baking at the right temperature. 10 degrees can make a big difference.
